Carrier Hotlines

NATE has taken a strong stance on the use of 1099 and/or illegal, undocumented crews. As part of the new wireless contracting framework agreements NATE brokered with Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T, the carriers have established “Workforce Integrity” Reporting Hotlines. These exist so the industry can report the use of unauthorized labor on-site, including undocumented individuals and unapproved 1099 workers accessing their sites and compromising safety, quality, and professionalism. Reporting can be done anonymously, and NATE and the carriers encourage reporting through the following carrier-specific hotlines:
